Here is a rare authentic vintage antique  cabinet card photo original albumen sepia Photographic image  on manila period card stock. The Photo shows a Spanish Hispanic Woman wearing a Rio Grande woven striped traditional  blanket. She wears an elegant dress with silver bugttons on the cuffs and a necklace which has an amulet resembling a Navajo " naja " which has it's roots from the Moors invading Spain , Portugal  and Southern Italy before being expelled in the 1500-1600's, but the symbol of the naja is one of the amulets which was worn to ward of the "evil eye" and the Moorish Warriors had them hanging from the browband of their horse halters ( as is seen in the Navajo Silver Bridles from the 19th Century).  Then Navajo women also took the custom of silver embellishing the Spanish women's blouses to a higher plateau with their " Velvet Button Blouses ". A fascinating historical photograph that I believe was taken by Ben Wittick ...  I have had it captioned "Spanish Man and Spanish Woman " over the years.  Back marked with a label " Santa Fe Route " ( the  Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe Rail Road  ( A. T. & S. F. R. R. ).
It  measures 5" by 8 1/2".
