CORVETTE 1972-76 Center Console Shift Plate, woodgrain, automatic, OEM nice !

After 45 years of working on and around Corvettes, I'm selling my entire collection of parts. I was a Corvette body man and painter starting from back in the very early 70's. Altogether I have C2, C3, C5 and C6 items - but mostly C3 - some are NOS (New Old Stock); some are used but good condition OEM; and some are very rare items that are hard to find. FOR THIS AUCTION HERE WE HAVE A:
A used OEM (not aftermarket) very nice overall condition center console shift plate for automatic transmission cars, including the ash tray black sliding lid, ash tray & chrome housing, a very-good condition engine data plate, automatic pattern plate (black) and indicator, all as seen in photos. This is correct for 1972 thru 1976 but will fit 68 thru 71 as well. The wood-grain insert means that this car originally came with the "Deluxe Interior" option = Leather seats, upgraded door trim panel, with carpet at the bottom, thicker carpeting throughout.
All is in very nice shape, except the steel plate on the backside for the automatic selector piece is bent (see photo #7 and 8).
It could be straightened (won't be perfect, but could be made to work), or you could replace this with another similar piece from another (NOTE: If you will write to me when you ready to purchase, at that time I may have one I can send to you).
Also, the woodgrain insert / overlay has a bow in it at the top left corner.  This can be remedied by replacing a
new woodgrain overlay, available separately from many of the Corvette parts vendors (Ecklers, Corvette Central, Corvette America, Full Throttle Corvette, etc.).  It could be straightened (won't be perfect, but could be made to work), or you could replace this with another similar piece from another (NOTE: If you will write to me when you ready to purchase, at that time I may have one I can send to you).
