Depending on the shape you want, each order includes the following:
25 Round measures about 1 3/8 inches
or 18 Square measures about 2 inches
After purchase please include the following:
1. Name
2. Date
3. Birthday age (if applicable)
4. Paper selection - classic, shimmer white, cream
5. Tag shape-round (25) or square (18)
Upon receipt of all information, your custom ordered tag will be created and a proof will be sent to before production begins. After your approval of the custom design I will print and complete your order and mail them out to by USPS.

Your purchase is a payment for my time spent designing and personalizing the item for PERSONAL use such as birthday parties.
