Excellent dated set of Doll Samurai Armor , Taisho 5 ,1916 S53

Description

Rare and Exquisite Doll Samurai Armor with lacquered storage box and wooden signed cedar box . Original manufacturing shop sticker is attached to the back inner wall of the cedar box.  Box is signed and dated to Taisho 5 , 1916.  Armor is made from a lacquered paper, bamboo , silk brocade fabric and gilded metal fittings.
Excellent condition considering significant age of the item.

Material: wood with gofun paint
