How to care the steamers?
For the first time, give a quick wash with running water and wipe it with vinegar, steam the basket for 15 minutes, you can put some tea leaves for steaming.
To completely remove the blue protective film on the adaptor, put it in the hot water for 15 minutes for the film to get soft.
For the first few washes, it is normal to have some yellowish water that comes out of the basket, it is the natural color of the bamboo.
If there are food residues left on the basket, simply give it a quick rinse and use vinegar to disinfect and deodorize it.
The baskets are not dishwasher friendly while the ring is dishwasher friendly.
