Payments made via Echeck will not be processed until notification of cleared payment. Due to the time it takes to create each personalized design, I am not able to begin work or provide samples until the order has been placed. If you are interested in a fully customized design, please feel free to contact me.
Within 2-3 BUSINESS days, you will receive a sample proof of the personalized design for you to review.
Please note that this is the USUAL turnaround time. Although I strive to provide a proof much quicker, additional time may be needed during busier times and/or depending on the amount of revisions that are requested. Please take time to review the entire sample. Reply via email any modifications/edits. I will work with you and provide a reasonable number of revisions free of charge until you are happy with your card. Free edits consist of color tweaking, message, photo & font changes. Editing extensively or recreating a whole new design is outside the scope of normal edits & may incur additional charges and/or take additional time. Please contact me if you have questions.
Once approved, you will receive a High Resolution .jpg file ONLY that is ready to print.
You can print from your home printer or upload to the photo lab of your choice (ie. Walmart, Walgreens, Costco)!
Due to the digital nature of the item and the time it takes to create each personalized design, all sales are final.
