    Description

    Here is a silver barber dime, dated 1916.  The coin grades XF+ or so with lots of details showing, but has been cleaned at some time and shows a lot of fine lines from brushing/cleaning, some staining around the date and lettering.  Also, for some reason...   a punch was used to place an incused 'P' in the mintmark area.  Certainly different and unusual!  This coin will still fill the spot in your collection folder.
